Terms of Service

Q-invest is an information service that provides educational reports and alerts interpreting flow and positioning changes for watchlist stocks and major asset classes using publicly available closing and real-time market data. It is not an investment advisory or quasi-investment advisory business and does not make financial decisions for users. Information in the service should not be interpreted as a request to take a specific trade or as a guaranteed outcome.

• ·Users start membership by selecting a paid plan (Pro or Premium) and billing cycle on the web pricing page and expressly consenting to the payment terms.
• ·Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually, and the annual option is offered at a discount compared to monthly billing.
• ·Recurring payments are processed through billing keys from payment processors and renew automatically on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancellation.
• ·Immediately before checkout, Q-invest displays the amount due today, first charge date and amount, renewal cycle, and cancellation method and obtains separate consent.
• ·Payment amount, product composition, and renewal terms are notified through the web payment screen and service notices. Rights granted by applicable law take precedence over these Terms.

• ·An account with no previous free trial, successful paid subscription, or active subscription receives one fourteen-day free trial on its first monthly or annual paid subscription.
• ·The amount charged when the trial starts is KRW 0, and only the recurring card payment method is registered. After the fourteen-day free trial ends as shown immediately before checkout, the first recurring charge for the selected monthly or annual plan is processed and then renews on the same cycle.
• ·Users may cancel recurring billing on My Page during the trial. No first charge will occur, and trial access remains available through the stated trial-end date.
• ·If recurring billing is resumed before the trial ends, the charge will proceed according to the first charge date and billing cycle accepted at checkout.
• ·The trial is available once per account. If the account has used a trial, completed a payment, or already has an active subscription, the selected amount may be charged immediately without a trial; this will be displayed before checkout.
• ·Your selected paid subscription starts only after the first charge is approved when the free trial ends. If that charge is declined, the trial and paid-feature access end without an additional payment grace period.

Free-trial or paid service use starts at the earliest time among activation of paid features, receipt of analysis results, or access to paid-only channels. When report delivery starts after a watchlist item is registered, digital-content supply may be considered to have begun, and withdrawal may be limited under applicable law within the scope disclosed at checkout and in the Refund Policy.

Users may stop automatic renewal for the next scheduled payment date at any time. Cancellation during the trial prevents the first charge while preserving access through the trial-end date. Refund eligibility after a paid charge follows the separate Refund Policy and applicable law regardless of signup channel.

• ·Service results are reference materials for market-data learning, and users remain responsible for final decisions and outcomes.
• ·Unless caused by the company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the company is not liable for losses arising from errors or delays in external public data or from a user's independent investment decisions. This does not limit liability imposed by mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws.
• ·Users may not share or sell bot accounts, analysis results, API keys, or paid content to third parties without authorization.
• ·Acts that interfere with service operation, including automation scripts, abnormal requests, and chargeback abuse, may be restricted.

Changes to the Terms will be announced at least 7 days before implementation. Changes that are unfavorable or material to users will generally be announced 30 days in advance.
