Refund Policy

• ·Q-invest paid subscriptions are offered in two plans, Pro and Premium, and can be billed monthly or annually. The annual option is offered at a discount compared to monthly billing.
• ·Payments renew automatically on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) and continue until cancellation.
• ·Immediately before checkout, the amount due today, first charge date and amount, renewal cycle, and cancellation terms are displayed and separately accepted by the user.

• ·An account with no previous free trial, successful paid subscription, or active subscription receives one fourteen-day free trial on its first monthly or annual paid subscription.
• ·The amount charged when the trial begins is KRW 0. After the fourteen-day free trial ends as shown immediately before checkout, the first recurring charge for the selected monthly or annual plan is processed and then renews on the same cycle.
• ·Canceling recurring billing on My Page during the trial prevents the first charge while preserving trial access through the stated trial-end date.
• ·Reports for watchlist items may be supplied immediately during the trial. The start of supply and possible statutory withdrawal limits are separately confirmed immediately before checkout.
• ·The refund principles below apply after an actual charge following the trial. If applicable law provides a different withdrawal or refund right, that law takes precedence.

• ·Refundable (full): A full refund is provided when, at the time of the request, no watchlist stock other than stocks included by default in the plan is registered and the request is made within 7 days of the most recent payment date.
• ·Non-refundable: If any watchlist stock other than stocks included by default in the plan is registered at the time of the request, analysis supply and external analysis costs (API usage fees) may have occurred, so the payment is not refundable. Payments are also not refundable after 7 days from the most recent payment date, regardless of watchlist registration.
• ·Refund due to company cause: If users cannot use the service due to a cause attributable to the company, such as system failure or service suspension, a refund is made based on the remaining days of use without a separate penalty.
• ·Refunds may be restricted if chargeback abuse, account sharing or selling, or terms violations are confirmed.
• ·Regardless of these criteria, any withdrawal or refund rights provided by applicable e-commerce or consumer law take precedence.

• ·During a free trial, clicking 'Cancel subscription' on My Page stops the first charge while preserving access through the trial-end date.
• ·During a paid subscription, clicking 'Cancel subscription' on My Page stops automatic payment from the next scheduled payment date. A completed payment is not canceled immediately.
• ·The already paid period remains available until expiration (the next scheduled payment date for monthly billing, or one year from the payment date for annual billing), and no mid-term or remaining-period refund occurs.
• ·Even after the refundable period (7 days) has passed or data analysis has already run, subscription cancellation can be requested at any time, and the service remains available until expiration after the cancellation request.

Q-invest analysis reports are digital content processed from market data. Immediately before checkout, Q-invest states that analysis supply begins when a watchlist item is registered and separately confirms that withdrawal may be limited under applicable law after supply begins. Applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights take precedence. Subject to the refund principles above, a full refund may be requested within seven days after an actual charge when no watchlist stock other than stocks included by default in the plan is registered at the time of the request.

• ·Please send account identification information, payment date, payment amount, and refund reason to support.
• ·The company will inform refund eligibility within 3 business days.
• ·If the refund is approved, it is processed by card cancellation or bank transfer to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

• ·If abuse is confirmed, including chargeback abuse, account sharing or selling, or unauthorized distribution of reports or analysis content, refunds may be restricted and the subscription may be immediately suspended.
• ·If damage occurs due to abuse, the company may take civil and criminal legal action, including criminal complaint if necessary.
• ·Copying, distributing, selling, or externally sharing reports and analysis content without permission may violate copyright law and trade secret protections, and the company may take necessary legal action including damages claims.
